Mpharm Sheffield vs Nottingham

Hi, I received 5 offers for Mpharm from Sheffield, Nottingham, Birmingham, Cardiff and Manchester. I now need to firm and my preferences are for Sheffield and Nottingham. Sheffield would be my first choice as I love the location, the university life and really liked the academics, however this is a new course which makes me a bit uncertain. Nottingham has an amazing reputation so I feel that it should be the place to go but I don't like the vibes there. What would you recommend? Thanks

Honestly both are good Universities, so if you prefer the vibe and everything of Sheffield, I'm certain it will be just as good of a course in the long run. I went here for engineering and it really was top class. Good luck in your decision!

Hi tartempion,
Both are great universities with a brilliant reputation, so it will be down to deciding which one you think is better suited to you. Before choosing to go to Sheffield, I made a list of the pros and cons of each of the universities I was considering and that helped me to decide which university I thought would be the best environment for me personally. At the end of the day it is down to personal preference. Do let me know if there's any questions about Sheffield I can answer for you
Hope this helped,
