Previous address - help with student finance application

Student finance is asking me for my precious address feom September 2022 , but I haven’t moved and have lived in the same house since before 2022. But the application is making me tell them my precious address and give a reason as to why I moved. Have I don’t somethi my wrong in my application that makes them think I have moved ?
