Urgent Help needed !

I am trying to get year 12 marketing work experience at companies such as Apple or Microsoft and Service Now (mostly tech companies) but they don't have contact emails. Does anyone have any tips on how i could get work experience in these places or anywhere similar to them. I have to have my work experience done in June

Have you got any relatives or know someone who works in the tech industry? If so, contact them for work experience if possible. It may save you some time in finding a work experience placement.
Try to contact less famous companies in the tech industry e.g., local businesses near you, as they tend to not be too stingy about work experience.
Call the companies as most of the companies you listed would be more likely to respond if you actually call them as opposed to emailing them as they won't likely respond.
Consider creating a portfolio or a CV. Most companies that ask for work experience do require at least a CV to showcase your skills and show you are a suitable candidate for work experience.
But most of all, keep calling many companies as possible. You will at least find some companies that will want to take you in for work experience. Trust me, it took at least 15 phone calls and emails for me to get at least one work experience placement. You will eventually get a work experience placement.
