Is it wrong if I directly tell a new girl that I want to **** her. Is it assaulting or is it being upfront? How do girls feel about it??

This very much depends on the context of how well you know the girl.

Unless you know them very well and have perhaps indulged in some dirty talk then I suspect it will end in disaster.

I agree. It either requires you to know her very well and know that she'd be receptive to that, or to have already got to the point where you're talking quite explicitly to each other. As a general approach, it's not likely to end well.
