Hey! I didn't do this myself but know people that have. I would definitely recommend you go for it, there's lots of roles so you can explore both engineering and finance and you'll gain practical experience. That'll look great when applying for uni/jobs etc and shows you're actively looking to learn and gain experience. I cant speak too much on the difficulty, I imagine parts will be challenging but overall it shouldn't be impossible. The people I know that have done it had a lot of fun

Hi there,

If you enjoy F1 next year, you might want to consider universitie such as Coventry where their engineering courses get involved with Formula Student. A scheme where universities build and race F1 cars, a great way of getting into the area.

Our team is due to race again in a few months, but we did well last year and hope to test the new car soon. It's a great part of the course but an even better to extra curricular for those super involved in the racing space. Aswell as engineers, they need business and finance students to help manage and budget everything.

Here's a link to our team if you are interested in learning more

Hope this helps
