Should I move schools?

Hi,
I need help deciding whether I should move schools for sixth form. The school I currently go to is an all girls school and is outstanding. However, the teachers are not as helpful in my experience in the subjects I want to take for a level. I applied to the sixth-form of an all boys school, which is mixed at sixth-form and got in. They are said to have better support, more experienced teachers, and higher academics. But I worry if I can settle in well and whether I should take the risk moving to a new place from a place I am comfortable in, just for 2 years. This new school is also said to be very competitive, which i don't mind, but what are your thoughts?
Thanks

You could as a levels are very important and you can probably make new friends there.

But what about recommendations from teachers? Won't it be harder to get a good report from the new one if they don't know me for long enough.

2 years is plenty of time for them to get to know you. I don't think that'll be an issue

Thanks, but I am still confused about if I should leave the place I am comfortable with.

I’m in the same situation as you 🫠 deciding between my current all-girls where I know most people and teachers know me vs going to a new mixed school with better academics, I’m not sure if it’s worth having to know new friends and a new environment especially since we already have to adapt to A-levels, and it’s only 2 years. What are some other pros/cons for you?

Hey, the pros I have already said, but a con is that the new school is a bit further away for me, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem, hopefully. So, what have you decided?
