Will employers care about my A levels?

I'm taking psychology (likely grade D), criminology (likely grade D or C) and sociology (likely grade A or A*). I want to become a primary school and will be taking and education studies degree (I got a really lowered offer due to living in a low income area so I'm kinda guaranteed to get in). I want to know if employers in this field will care about the 2 Ds at A level or if they won't care because I have a degree.

The simple answer is yes and no.

If you are an employer looking for the best money can buy, would you choose a three A*s student or a BDD student? That said, we were all young once and many of us struggled through A-levels. The key is not necessarily what you get, but what you do with it. If you hope for a ride of low expectations and free passes, you won't get very far. However, if you take a positive attitude, learn from your mistakes and strive to be the best you that you can be all the time, that will shine through in your applications and interviews and it is that potential that will make employers go weak at the knees.

For what its worth, Professor Brian Cox only got a D in physics and now look at him. However, you only need to listen to him for a few moments to see how passionate he is about physics. That is what got him to where he is today, not his D in Physics.
