Is Glasgow Law good?

Glasgow law seems to be doing good in rankings but it seems like everyone just gets into common law from my impression (correct me if I'm wrong). Is Glasgow really a competitive uni fro law to apply to top law firms in London?

Bear in mind that many Glasgow students study Scots law and then become lawyers in Scotland. Glasgow is in general a pretty good university, I think, and with a good degree from there a graduate can be competitive as a candidate in the London legal sector. Quite a few eminent judges of the last several decades have studied at Glasgow or Edinburgh before practising in England.
