Sometimes telling things out loud, or even going over those short and crisp notes!
I think past papers would do the trick too

I'm mainly focusing on co-transport as I struggle with this the most

Regarding the icebreaker, I find active recall to be the best method of revision
I prefer flashcards and blurting to understand and learn content, then doing as many past paper questions as possible
