Questions about Queen marys law school

I originally wanted to get into UCL or kings since I had high grades, but I freaked out on my LNAT and wasn’t accepted.
I got accepted into queen Mary’s and I really liked it when I visited, but I’m hesitant since people in my school say a lot of bad things about it and it’s the same online.
I’m wondering if anyone who goes there has any advice/ could answer a few questions about the school/ law program?

Trust your own judgment, not tittle tattle from school friends or random people online. QMUL is fine.

qmul is just memed a lot because the people who actually go to qmul make the memes. its defo not the best uni, but its still very good to get into, specially the law school

Every uni has its own goods and bads. Don't blindly take all comments, whether good or bad. Were the comments geniue personal experience or hear-says? You've been to Queen Mary, how your perception compared with the comments? As said above, make your own judgment based on facts.

Curious to know what were the "bads" you heard?

I've honestly been in a very similar position! From my research, it is a good university that will get you that first step into law but it really comes down to what you do with the opportunities they give you. Like you, I enjoyed QMUL at the open day and I've decided to firm it because of that. Don't worry about what other people say, as long as you're happy with your decision.

If you want we can message about it privately! It would be nice to have a friend also hoping to do Law at QM.

Hey, I'm in the same position tbh, but other than the hate online I havent heard much bad about the uni itself. Most people have told me they have a great law course
