Payment in progress

Hi, can anyone help am bit confuse and in need of my loan. I am due to be paid on the 14th April 2025, however I am yet to received any text message advising about the payment. Is it normal for not to receive text messages before payment?

Text messages are not always sent to confirm your payments. Have you checked your online account? It will tell you the payment date and status of your payment there.

Thanks for getting back to me. yes I have a check and it says 14th April and payment is in progress.
