EPQ marking

Hi,

I have just been given my grade for EPQ, but it has been marked out of 40, rather than 50? Please may someone explain what this means to me, as I am slightly confused.

Hi not 100% sure why that could be, would be best to ask your examiner / EPQ lead ? I'm assuming it may have just been a type (perhaps as outher ppl doing it if theyve had the same) or perhaps only part of the grade if you havent done the presentation yet / they havent marked the presentation (as this part is 10 marks alone)

Hi,

This is more than like your raw mark before it is sent to the exam board and coverted into a mark out of 50!
Teachers tend to mark the EPQ first just to see where students are marked within the EPQ.

I would ask your supervisor about this as they will definitely know!
