University Of Salford - Missed accommodation deadline

Hi,

As a student looking to attend in September, I missed the deadline to apply for peel park accommodation. I was wondering has this happened to anyone else?

Or if it’s happened in the past was there any extra availabilities that arose after the deadline or after results day?

Hi, I also missed the accommodation deadline this year to apply for peel park. I have read that when they hear back about their room offers they are given 48hours to accept and give deposit. If they don't then their offer is cancelled. I also emailed the company and they said to keep checking the website to see after this time if anything becomes available. But as a back up I have looked into alternative accommodation.

Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to share the other options that you found, also I find it confusing, especially as some people haven't accepted their Unis yet, for the accommodation to be this early, so they must open up after the early interest registration.

my other reply got deleted but Tramways, X1, IQ student Village, riverside, And true student are all really good options!! X1 and True are pricier, Riverside and IQ are most similar to Peel park. Hope this helps!!

Sorry, I haven't seen anything either. I know lots of people who applied for peel in the first place didn't even get in either and was offered john lester.

Any room openings will go live via the Campus Living Villages website (that's the company that run our Peel Park accommodation), when they become available, as that's the only official way to book. Its worth getting in contact with our accommodation support team on [email protected] for any advice they can give on availability and processes, as they are our dedicated team for any queries!

The website has now opened back up, just check every now and then, most of them are sold out, but if you check enough, then you will probably find a room in one of the accommodations.

Hi just to let people know, I managed to secure my accommodation at peel park on Friday, so rooms are being released. Also on the accomodation seminar they said that this week (WB Mon 28th) will be the week most likely to see ones pop up on there
