Work experience

Hi im a year 12 student and I need to find work experience between the 30th June- 4th July. I am interested in architecture mainly hence I emailed around 10 companies who have all rejected me due to timing or unaccesability. But other than that I'm also open to any type of design, whether that's graphic, interior, fashion etc. I have also tried mailing graphic design companies and yet still couldn't get a response. Doe anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Contact large employers with marketing departments: universities, councils, hospitals

Your local council planning department might be able to help too to get a different insight into architecture.

Building on PQ's suggestions, it might also be worthwhile to reach out to any production companies/television and film studios nearby. I know some companies and programs offer work experience to students (e.g. NI's Screenworks scheme) in their film, animation, visual effects or costume design departments. Local theatres might also be a possibility, especially if they have a stage/costume design department in-house.
