Both Unis are highly competitive for CS - they dont need to be giving anyone a free-pass to a place

Why would you need an unconditional offer? Don’t you think you can meet the conditions?

If you have received your grades, your offer will be unconditional.
However, if you are still yet to still your exams or awaiting your results, your offer will remain conditional until you receive your results (and they satisfy the requirements for the course).
