Firstly, I'm so sorry for your loss and hope you have someone you can talk to.
I lost my grandma in 2020 and I still think about messaging her etc/missing her. I know how isolating grief can feel and how it then goes on to affect other relationships which just causes a spiral. I think it's important to talk about those you've lost so you can still feel the love for them. You are never alone and whether a vent to friends, family, teachers etc. it always helps to let some one know so they can keep an eye on you (in a nice way ofc.)
I hope you're okay and sending the best wishes to you and your family

Sorry to hear that you have recently lost your grandparents are feeling alone right now. It feels like quite a normal response to grief and loss. Have you reached out to any of the bereavement charities for support- like Cruse perhaps. These articles might also be useful too- https://www.verywellmind.com/bereavement-definition-symptoms-causes-traits-treatment-5197038 and https://www.choosingtherapy.com/losing-a-grandparent/. Whats positive is that you are talking about it and trying to find ways to move forward through your grief.

Yes, grief is also described, as love, which you can give no more ... but it get's easier to carry. I am so sorry, but grieve is normal, it is normal to feel lost/alone/angry/...
