Warwick is in clearing for many courses, but no-one was accepted through it for Philosophy and Politics or PPE/PPL in the past 3 years. Closest is Philosophy and Global Sustainable Development which had some people accepted in the past two years, but that may not be the case this year. In general I doubt Philosophy & Politics/PPE/PPL will be in clearing since Warwick is especially known for politics/economics degrees, and their law/philosophy degrees are also very subscribed.
It is not especially common for a university to have no clearing vacancies, exceptions being Oxbridge and possibly some of the London universities. Ignore data from 19/20, 20/21, 21/22 because of COVID disruption.
Even though, as the other user said, many offers will have been given out already, many of them will have been declined or put as insurance. Then there will be people who miss their offer. Universities will factor this all in, but any leftover places will be put into clearing. Also it's possible they just didn't get enough applications the first time around and closed their applications as a matter of course.
Basically, you will have to wait and see, unfortunately. There may be a course that interests you come results day, but you should also prepare for the possibility that you have to stick with your current offers or look to another university. Best of lucck.
