Hayloft Point sublet

I am transferring my contract of an en-suite room at Hayloft Point from May until the end of the contract (13th of September 2025). The contract is bounded with Unite Students, and they will sort things out (such as payments) for us in case you decide to take it from me. The exact move-in date is negotiable (end of April/May). One should be a student who is registered with a UK institution.
The room is on the 20th floor and has views of Shard, the Gherkin (can see tower bridge also). It comes with a small double bed with all bills included.
The building has excellent connectivity—you can easily get around London by taking 6 different lines of tubes and many buses. The nearest tube stations are Aldgate and Aldgate East (3-4 minutes walk max). Liverpool street is also nearby (7 minutes walk max).
As a student accommodation, it has all the facilities, including 24/7 security, parcel service, a gym, fitness room, laundry room, karaoke room, cinema room, gaming room, study room, etc. It provides a social space, including a common lounge where you can play pool and table tennis. Vending machines are available for snacks and drinks as well.
