To become a student nurse in the UK, you generally need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English, maths, and a science subject, plus two A-levels or equivalent qualifications like a T-level or BTEC. Many universities also prefer or require specific A-level subjects, such as biology or psychology.

A BTEC in Health and Social Care is a vocational qualification, typically studied at levels 1, 2, or 3, that provides students with a practical understanding of the healthcare and social care sector. These courses are often chosen by individuals who want to pursue careers in nursing, social work, or related fields. BTEC qualifications are often assessed through a combination of coursework and exams.

You will be fine with your BTech okay 👍

Would actually advise you to check your chosen universities entry requirements for nursing degree as each individual university has their own entry requirements for nursing degree courses and then take it from there.
