Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Oak House (Leeds) from June 1st to August 31st.
Room Details:
En-suite with private bathroom and in-room washing machine
Rent: £650/month, all bills included (negotiable)
Free coffee machine & printer in the lobby
Ground floor has a Co-op supermarket, super convenient!
Comes fully equipped: pots, pans, baking tools, hairdryer, iron, curling wand, etc. Just bring your suitcase!
Great for students or summer short-term stay.
Tenancy transfer will be done officially via Oak House management.

Hi, I am interested in Oak house for September but can I ask why you're moving out? Are there some problem you are willing to share? And also is there really a supermarket in the building?
