is UAL worth it?

i received an offer for film & tv at lcc ual but im concerned about the money, since UAL has the highest international student fees out of my 5 UCAS choices. i also got an offer for film at LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore, which is closer to my country and has cheaper fees. what i want to know if spending nearly £30,000 on tuition + living expenses, etc. is worth the connections, teaching and facilities that UAL has. is the workload at UAL manageable? is there a balance of student life with academics? i know that if i do study at UAL, i will have the chance to study at LCC's new building, so that is one thing to look forward to. if any graduates or current students at UAL can answer my questions that would be great!

As someone who studied film and tv (Production) at degree level and had a lacklustre experience, I would say it isn't worth it. You will almost certainly get the same or better level of education in Singapore so do that instead, and it will be more affordable for you to do so.

yeah, i've seen several people online saying that they didn't have a good experience studying film production. may i know what university you studied at?

for UAL, i didn't have to do an interview, however i did a group interview for LASALLE. i prepared some answers to typical questions like why do you choose this uni, what do you want to do after this course. you should be ready to talk about the projects you submitted in your portfolio because they probably want to know more about a particular thing. i did stumble on a question, but as long as you're passionate for the course and sincere in your answers, it should hopefully be fine! i also looked on reddit to find past interviewees' experience which definitely helped a lot in what questions i will be asked and what to do. i hope that helps!
