When will St Andrews respond?

Hi I am an English student who is studying the IB and submitted my UCAS application in October. I have received offers from everywhere months ago but am still waiting for St Andrews. Has anybody else applied to History and have an offer or are there many people also still waiting? I understand they they usually go through international students first and offer in waves but I am starting to get anxious that I still haven’t heard by mid April. Additionally, offer days have happened already so are my chances dwindling as the days go by or are they just really slow? Any help or info would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you rung them up to make sure that you haven’t missed any emails asking for additional information?

Hi, yeah the only information they asked for was my British passport for the fee category which was determined as RUK but this was in January. Not sure what other info they would need?

Hi, I am a Scottish student who has also applied for history and I heard back at the beginning of March. I wouldn’t worry too much though as St Andrews are notorious for taking ages to get back to people!

Ring them on Monday and ask if there’s any further correspondence that you have missed
