Manchester uni postgrad applicant portal down?

I applied for an MA at uni of Manchester over two weeks ago and have been regularly checking on the applicant portal. But for the past two days my phone has been unable to load the page. After I type my login details in and hit login, it just goes to a page that says “safari can’t open the page because the network connection was lost.” I know it’s not my internet because every other page loads perfectly fine.
Is anyone else having this issue? I’m trying to figure out if it’s an issue on my end or if the site is down.
