Rent: £600/month, all bills included (negotiable)

Ground floor has a Co-op supermarket, super convenient!
Comes fully equipped: pots, pans, baking tools, hairdryer, iron, curling wand, etc. Just bring your suitcase!
Great for students or summer short-term stay.
Tenancy transfer will be done officially via Oak House management.
