What happens next? Firm choice confirmed? SHU

I’ve had my place confirmed to study child nursing at Hallam, I’m a mature student so not awaiting any results.
I’ve also had my student finance accepted.
Other than my emails confirming my place, I’ve not had anything else and UCAS says to await next steps from Hallam.

Is that it and I just arrive on the first day and hope for the best or will I receive something closer to the time with where to go and at what time?

We will be in touch with you throughout the process and you will definitely receive some communication from us about where to go and what to do nearer the time! Often you will receive an email or a phone call with some more information about this but if you ever have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Hi @Abswilson I've also been offered a place to study Child Nursing at Sheffield Hallam as a mature student. I've had emails from their admissions team to complete my DBS checks, book immunisations, and send them a copy of my GCSE Maths result. Other than that, I think we just sit tight until closer to enrolment to find out next steps.

Congratulations on your offer !! ,I’m in a similar boat starting the same course as a mature student as-well ,the only thing I’ve had to do is DBS checks ,immunisation history and occupation health. I think we find out more in August.
