Driving

I am in england and I still don't have my driving license but I can drive so well.
I know I need to have someone who has 3 years' experience and is aged 21 or older next to me. So I can drive.

But can I have children in the car as well?
As iam going to travel with family. I will drive, and my dad will be next to me
Please let me know thank you!!

Basically yes, but you'll need to check if the insurance covers it (It's obv a considerably larger risk to them)
