Hey! I think this is quite a subjective answer, as everyone may say something different. Main thing to ensure with BTEC's is that you complete any coursework on time and to the best of your ability, as well as any exams.
Anything that you're unsure of, ask your teachers what you can do to achieve the higher grades. It definitely is possible but even like A-Levels, you just have to put the effort in that's all. Good luck with it!

Hi there! I am about to finish BTEC Art and Design level 3. In the two year two groups(about 30 in total) I would say only 3-4 people are going to get top grades. So yes it is hard to get high grades but it also depends how much you are willing to devote yourself to the course. Speaking from experience ( I am predicted to get D*D*D*) your WHOLE life will be the course. Any holidays or days off you have will become doing work and aiming for these high grades but saying all that, it is still very much doable even with a part-time job as one of my friends is proving. So I think the real question is are you willing to do this? As it can be rough on mental health or just having the motivation to do this much work can be really hard.
..............All this could just because I am an art course though!!🤣 They are famous for a lot of work😂
