Any idea what I should think of doing if I am?
They make me feel like I should just be at Work on those days to keep company.

Do you have any hobbies you could engage in on those days? Could you go and see friends? Could you go on some long walks or to some museums or shopping or to the cinema?

Where I live is quite far from where I have friends. Some guys in towns over 20 minutes + away I may contact.
