support from parent no longer needed?
I have made an application for student finance and all the information has been submitted, however, the section in which it requests the sponsors details is not completed and when my parents try to fill in the form it says on the website that their information is no longer needed?
could this be a glitch or do i need to make another application?

Hi there,
So did they not submit their information on there online account? Do you have any siblings who has also applied and they may have already supported this application? Is this for the 2025/26 academic year and is this your 1st year? If its not your 1st year or you have siblings who are currently studying did your sponsors submit a Cureent Year Income form?
