can i use online resources for gcse english analysis?

i like using resources like tiktok and chatgpt, since i feel like they have better analysis, as i'm trying to aim for a grade 9 but i saw a video saying that examiners are using ai checkers and stuff to check the source of analysis to check for plagiarism. can someone please confirm whether this is true or not??

You'll be fine since an ai checker doesn't really check the content of the writing but mostly the writing style. So you won't be picked up as plagiarising. There are plagiarism checkers but they check against massive databases of published work (not chatgpt) like books or research papers, and only think you're plagiarising if you have exact matches or very near matches. So you'll be fine if you do what you are doing if they are actually checking for ai and plagiarism, but I think that's highly unlikely.
