Looking for a housemate in Leamington

I'm looking for 1-2 housemates in Leamington, preferably Warwick students, for a 4bedroom house. Including myself, 2 male 3rd year students have signed onto the housing contract. Address is 55 Tachbrook Road, a 10min walk from the Parade and city centre and 5min from the Charlotte Street bus stop to get to Warwick uni. The rent without bills would be £118/week, can be renegotiated definitely to 100£, maybe 90£, probably not 80£. There'll be a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a spare room and a garden.
