Turned to be so spicy but not as red as expected. (More spicy than it looks).

Fry onions, lime leaves, tomatoes and carrots (and peppers if you want) until soften a bit, add garlic and mushrooms. When the shrooms start to get darker and release the fluids add coconut milk/cream and spices (tom yum). When boils add sea food and water, lemon zest and salt/soy. When ready add lime juice before serving.
Bill's are doing £5 pancakes all day on a Friday, bottomless pancakes if you buy a drink!

They look too sweet, but for the rest it seems to be alright. So I wonder what is so wrong about them to spend £5.

Great thread! Food photography tip if anyone wants to up their plate game for posting here turn off your overhead lights and use a single light source from the side (a window, or even just a lamp). Overhead light flattens everything out and kills texture. Side lighting gives you shadow that shows off the shape and depth of the food. Even a phone camera will produce a noticeably better result with better light. Also try shooting from 45 degrees down rather than directly overhead unless it's a flat dish that genuinely benefits from the bird's eye angle pasta, salads, and flatbreads tend to work well from above, but anything with height like a burger or a cake looks much better from the side or at an angle.
