How lenient is The university of bristol with offers?

So i applied for Medical microbiology in Bristol and got a conditional offer of BBB, the thing is i tore my acl during me academic year and have been off for a load of time because of it, i sent in an extenuating circumstances form to the university but i don’t think it will affect anything, i am not too stressed about meeting the offer but i have one subject that i am not really sure on, how competitive do you guys think this course is this year? and do you think the extenuating circumstances form would affect anything in their decision making? i think my personal statement was really good but i am just feeling scared that if i miss the offer by one subject (not science) that i might not get a chance to go?
