First time attending London International Model United Nations

This is my first time attending the London International model United Nations and I have zero clue what to do. I am freaking out. I mean year 13 so it’s hard to find time to actually research and whilst research and I’m unsure what to do. I know the website has guides on it, but I don’t know what I meant to bring in preparation if I’m meant to bring a laptop. I don’t know how it’s set up. I don’t know what sort of things I need to note down before I go and what papers I need to prepare before I go and I just want someone to innocence give me key information and succeeded in this and also generally how to prepare so I’m not there empty-handed as I know it’s very confrontational and talkative.
