You just need to force yourself. Identify what could be distracting you, is it your phone? Also where are you revising? Maybe try going out to revise. And after you're done with your revision reward yourself with something eg buy something for yourself

Hey Anon! If you can't focus for super long - make sure that the time you can focus is used well. Break your studying in to 20 - 30 minute slots and tell yourself that's the time you're aiming to focus for, then give yourself a 10/15 minute break. Vary the way you're studying in each slot (flash cards, mock questions, quizzing yourself, mind maps) so that you aren't bored of the same thing all the time ☺️

Right now if you're setting yourself the target of staying concentrated for too long a time and it feels overwhelming then it's understandable it's hard to stay on task. Work with what works for you - and if that's short periods of time then that's a good starting point. Build it up as you get more in to a routine. Another thing that worked for me alongside a study timetable was a to-do list. I get lots of satisfaction from ticking things off a list (even the super small things - make it manageable!)

I agree with the above too - identify any key distractions and do your best to remove them. Or use them as your rewards for achieving things on your list 🙂

Good luck!! Are you studying for GCSEs/A Levels?

Good luck 🙂 Did you do any mocks? How did you prepare for them if you did? You could maybe think back and see if there's anything that worked well or you'd like to change this time around.
