retail job interview desperate help!!

Hi! I’ve been offered an interview at Pandora, the well-known and trusted jewellery brand. I understand that working there means being responsible, trustworthy, and professional—qualities I’m ready to show.

I’m currently 16, turning 17 soon, and I really need this job. It’s not just about having spending money or buying clothes—it’s much deeper than that. I genuinely need this opportunity for personal and financial reasons, and I’m determined to make the most of it.

If anyone has advice on how to ace the interview, I’d be so grateful. What kind of questions should I expect? And if they include a roleplay scenario, how should I approach that confidently?

If you’ve had an interview at Pandora or a similar trusted jewellery retailer, please share your experience—any help or tips would mean a lot. Thank you in advance!

Hi! I’ve not worked at Pandora specifically, but I have worked in retail.

As some general advice for the interview make sure you have an answer as to why you want to work at Pandora (research the company, the company’s values and think about why that appeals to you and how you align)

It’s worth looking at the job description and thinking about how past experiences align with it (even if it’s your first job you could maybe talk about how a school group project has developed your people and communication skills etc, maybe you have some extra curriculars you could mention?)

If it’s in person wear something simple yet professional - can’t go wrong with something like black trousers and a blouse!
