Reapplying for student finance

Hi,

When reapplying for student finance after completing a foundation year, do you change the course to what you will be studying the following academic year or keep it as the foundation year? I am confused about this because the course title for the foundation year I just completed which included '...(fdn 0-4Yr)' - so 5 years in total, because the course I want to study is an integrated masters degree so is 4 years long. So do I now change it to the option of the course I want to do which states 'optometry (MOptom) 4YR FT'? So does the option I change to still have to include the foundation year I did or can it just be the next 4 years of my study with the integrated masters degree or do I keep the foundation year option as the course title which states 5 years because I selected the option which includes a SW year?

Thanks!

Hi Anam,

Yes you would select the next year of your course - but on the application it will ask what year you're going into. In which case you would state 'first year', Thanks, Jason

Hi,
Thanks for replying. So this would be the foundation year as the course title right where I select the 'first year' option now after having selected 'foundation' last year, as the year I am applying for?
Thanks.
