Dentist payment

I'm 19 and still in full time education.

I finish the course in June but don't receive my results until August. However I have a dentist appointment in JULY which I would/wouldn't have to pay for depending on if I am in education or not. So I am not sure if I should say I am still in full time education or not. Does anyone know which is right??

As you're over 19 you should complete a HC1 form which assesses people on low (or no) incomes for help with health care costs such as dentistry, prescriptions or eye tests/glasses.
