Hi @everlasting-psyc

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for your question about accommodation.

If space alone is your only consideration, then the biggest rooms are likely to be those which comes with multiple spaces such as a studio or flat. These tend to be private to just you and as a result, will be more expensive. However, they often have a kitchen area as well as a bedroom area which is exclusive to you, meaning much more space to store things. I would recommend having a look at these styles of accommodations here.

If you are still hoping to live in University halls where you will be sharing communal areas with other students, then this option would not be suitable. Typically, most halls rooms are a similar size so there would not be too drastic of a difference between each one in terms of room to store your things. I would say that if space is your main priority, then it would probably make sense to opt for a single bed rather than a double as this will allow for slightly more space in the room.

I would recommend looking at some of the virtual tours here, and exploring some of the different available room types here. This might help you to decide between different room features such as a washbasin, en-suite etc. I also found it really useful to watch YouTube videos previous students had made about their room type to work out if I thought it would be suitable for me.

Overall, I would say that a studio would offer the most space, but generally all halls rooms are reasonably similar in size.

I hope that helps! Just let us know if you have any further questions.
