Nottingham university accommodation

Hi, I have a question about the accommodation duration. Does 39 weeks cover the Easter and Christmas holidays? Or would I have to pack my things and move back home during that time? Or can I leave Mt stuff there and move back home, or would that not be advised due to the potential of getting stolen?

Hi There!

You can find lots of great information about accommodation in their FAQ's Here.

Generally, a 39 week license does include four weeks during the Christmas period and four weeks in Easter on a room only basis. Easter does also include catering if you are living in catered accommodation.

You only need to fully vacate your room during these periods if you book the 31-week licence.

Hopefully that helps, and if you do have any other questions our amazing Accommodation Team can be contacted via their Contact Us Page.

Looking forward to seeing you study with us in September hopefully! Have a lovely Easter 😁

Thank you for replying, I have one question that I couldn't find the answer in the FAQs. I'm a home student who will be paying using student loans. What is the £250 payment that you have to pay by 12th September, and what does it do?

Hi, the £250 is a reservation deposit that is payable for students staying in UoN accommodation, students who are staying at Broadgate Park are required to pay an additional £250 damage deposit. There is some more details about payment dates here.
