The rent is £625.00 per month, not including bills. Or about £156.25 a week. There is a deposit to put down of around £700, however it has already been placed down by myself so no need to worry about it.

Your house sounds so amazing! Lots of facilities and location is excellent. If you haven’t got enough roommates don’t be stressed. You can also start to consider about our university student halls. We have as much as facilities as you got in the house. Plus is very easy to make connections with new friends. Ensuit and studio are all available for choosing. Student halls are very friendly giving out free bus pass for the whole year you can travel even to the coast!
