Pwc flying start degree accounting

Hi I am currently in year and just started to consider the pwc flying start degree. However I do a level math, further math and computer science. Will these a-levels make me less likely to be chosen? Is there a similar program like this? How should I start my application process? Much appreciated:]

You apply through UCAS. The unis pass some applications onto PwC. PwC contact students and ask them to do an online assessment and an online interview(Nov-Jan approx) then a group interview/task in March. PwC call up to say whether will be getting an offer. PwC guide through all stages and provided all material needed. About a week after their call UCAS updates with their offer. It's still conditional on grades

I applied to PwC Flying Start this year. Although I did not get an offer, I am pretty sure they don't really care about what subjects you take, as there are no conditions really apart from getting the grades, which are AAB-AAA depending on where you apply. For example, I saw one person get an offer who has 2 A levels and a BTEC, for example. There are some similar programmes if you look at the likes of other big 4 firms, but from what I have seen, none are like the PwC flying start course. The application process is tough but manageable; just apply through UCAS and then the rest will come along.

What was the reason you were not selected?

The PwC flying start programme is extremely difficult and competitive. I made it to the final stage, which was the group assessment centre, but I asked to get my feedback, and apparently they wanted me to be more dominant during it and be more involved. This was my first experience in this sort of stuff so I would recommend applying to degree apprenticeships to kind of just get an idea and experience of what its like; the first time will always be scary experience

Am I allowed to apply after a gap year with my achieved grades? Will you reapply?

I'm pretty sure you can; there is no reason I have to say why you can't, and I even spoke to someone who actually got an offer but didn't get it after results day but reapplied the next year and got in. So I am pretty sure you can. I am going to reapply to maybe 4/5 of the unis if I get the grades.
