No Option of Application

Hi, is anybody else having issues with the accommodation portal not having a link to start an application? I'm wondering if the issue is only on my end as I am a returning student (applying for halls for second year) and instead of a link to start an application, what appears is a thank you for booking a check in appointment from last year and a link to cancel or amend the booking. I assume that this is from the check in appointment for my first year halls that I made last year, and any time I click the link I'm brought back to the portal homepage with a message stating "you were redirected to this page as you do not have access to the appropriate page" or something along those lines every time I click it. Is anybody else having this issue or is it just me? I was fully intent on getting my application in yesterday but was unable to due to this issue. If this is only an issue for me, I suppose I should email the accommodation team.
Any advice would be helpful.

Apologies but I'm not sure if I can help with this! There were some issues with the portal first thing yesterday (I think just with the volume of people trying to log in), but that seems to have resolved itself and your issue doesn't seem connected to that. I've not seen anyone posting about this issue here yet. I'd recommend checking with the accommodation team. If you're on campus and living in halls already you could maybe pop along to the village office? But if you'd prefer to email the address is [email protected].
