AQA put out a big pdf table of all the grade boundaries every year - here. they'll have the amount of marks you needed for each grade, and you can turn those into percentages yourself to see what the percentage usually is (and to see how you've done on the past papers the grade boundaries are for). If memory serves a B is somewhere around 50% tho. Hope that helps!
