Gold Studio Room Available - The Boulevard, York

I am a postgraduate student at the University of York looking to move out of the Boulevard on Hull Road at the beginning of June. The ground floor gold studio flat is really lovely and has patio doors onto a small secluded patch of green that is always empty and very lovely if you want to enjoy the sun! Private bathroom, private kitchen and double bed.

I am looking for someone to move in around the end of May/beginning of June. PM for some more information regarding price and move in dates (very flexible!) - I am happy to show people around the flat.
