pretty sure the answer is b
it shows water and blood flowing in opposite directions and a constant gradient for oxygen diffusion.

its bcs you need to look at the mechanism of counter current exchange. Water and blood flow in opposite directions.
So that maintains a diffusion gradient along the gill plate.

Oxygen always moves from water (higher O2%) to blood (lower O2%).

This allows maximum oxygen absorption

So when ur looking at the graph ur looking at water which has the higher O2 absorption which is B.

I think that's it anyways i could be wrong lowk
