How do I get properly tested for autism?

I'm an international student (have a British passport if that's relevant) and want to get tested for autism. Don't have many friends, so the data is bad, but most of them tell me or have told me that I am either autistic or exhibit many autistic traits. I have, at the request of one of these friends, done an online RAADS-R test and got an absurdly high score (can't remember exactly what the score was, but it was WAY over the min threshold). Is there a way for me to get myself tested for autism and/or other neurodivergencies? I would do it in my home country, but that would likely involve talking to my parents about it, and quite frankly, explaining my reasoning to them would put me off the whole thing entirely.

Note: There are many other indicators that I am autistic or neurodivergent in some form, but there are too many to count, and correlation does not equal causation. If you wish to ask questions related to these indicators/tendencies please do so, but please don't ask "What are the indicators" as that's not specific at all and I won't be able to provide a good answer.

Go to your UK gp and ask to be referred - it is a long waiting list though, as in years.

Otherwise there are several private options, some online.
