Communication from Strathclyde after accepting offer
Hi, just wondering what to expect after accepting an unconditional from Strathclyde. UCAS says place confirmed and I’ve had an email from Strathclyde congratulating me on receiving an offer from them - but nothing regarding the specific nature of it or about me accepting it. Just wondering as other unis I applied to sent letters with specific details about their offers, and after my decision commiserations about not going with them. Was just curious as it appears there is something about downloading an offer letter via PEGASUS on the strath website’s FAQ but I’ve had no direct communication about this - just want to put my mind at ease!

If relevant I’ve also had info about offer holder days but that’s my whack so far.

Hi Anon! Our faculties manage their communications with offer holders and this may look different depending on what you've applied for. If everything looks right on your UCAS account and you've received an invite to the offer holder day then that sounds right so far 🙂 If you applied through UCAS you won't have access to Pegasus yet (some applicants apply directly to the University but this isn't the case for most UG applicants) so no need to be concerned about this.
It's normal to not hear anything directly from us until its time to register so don't worry. If you'd like extra reassurance that your place is confirmed and all ok then email the department directly. If you let me know which offer you've accepted I can give you the best contact details! 📧
