yes, there is an ensuite room in E15 2RA, 264 pw including bills. but the date is 2 July to 30 August, do you need it?

Hi , I’m looking for a student replacement tenant for my medium en-suite room in Scape Mile End for 300pw. It is in zone 2 and the closest station is Mile End (5 minutes walk) . It is only 15 minutes on the district/Hammersmith & city line then the Elizabeth line to canary wharf(5 stops in total) . It is available from June 16th - August 30th. I am looking for someone to take over my studio in Grosvenor House (a private student accomodation , 5 minute walk from LSE, 3 min walk from Covent garden) from Saturday 26 July - Saturday 6 September. The room is spacious, on the third floor, with private bathroom and private kitchen. The weekly rate is negotiable . Must be a student. Tenancy transfer is through accomodation management. I have a premier ensuite plus at Charles Morton Court, Newington Green (Islington Council) that I’m looking for someone to take over from 3rd August to 5 September at a discounted rate. There’s an option to extend your stay here until next September as well. The building has a games room, bicycle storage, and easy bus commute to all over London with tons of cafes, pubs and parks all at walking distance, and a tesco 1 minute away. I’ve lived here two years, and absolutely loved it. As I’m no longer a student I’m looking to move in to an apartment with my friends. It's 305 pounds a week, all bills included, and well worth it for all the facilities provided and proximity to campuses and central London.
