How do I change my where I will be living in my student finance application??

Hi. I submitted my student finance application for 2025/26 last week, and regarding my living situation, I said that I would be living at home for the year. However, my living situation for next year has changed, and I want to change my living situation to living away from home. When I log in to see my application, it says that I have actions to do, which is the part where my dad needs to fill in the details. Do I need to just cancel the whole application and start again, or is there a form to sign or ??? How do I change it??
